 The museum is staffed entirely by volunteers
To maintain our ongoing maintenance and restoration programs, and to provide tram crews for operations we are always looking for more volunteers to join our museum teams. No prior skills or knowledge is required. Become a member and help with the day to day operations of the museum while you learn new skills. A retired members group meets weekly on Tuesdays at the museum from 9 am to 3.30 pm. Work parties meet at the museum on the 1st Saturday and the 3rd Sunday of each month from early morning to mid afternoon. The museum is staffed on Sunday afternoons and mid week when tours are booked. You could easily help in any of the following positions:- Assisting in the sales shopPreparing or editing a newsletter or articles for the national magazine. Tram Motorman Tram Conductor Landscaping and lawn maintenance Cataloguing historical data Tramcar electrical maintenance and restoration Tramcar mechanical maintenance and restoration Motor vehicle maintenance Trolley bus maintenance and restoration Preparing artifacts for display Museum publicity Full Membership $60 ACN 009 793 604 |
